Moon
The two people who went on the moon first were Buzz (Edwin) Aldrin and Neil Armstrong.
Michael Collins went with them and stayed in the spaceship waiting for them. They all came
from America. It took them eight days to get there and back.

The moon is a quarter of the size of earth. The moon's surface has little rocks and moon dust.
It is also made of big rocks too! There are lots of holes on the surface of the moon called
craters!

The moon is a big dry ball of rock with no life. It is a very interesting place to learn about.

I agree with you Kaya it is a fascinating thing to learn about. Something I learnt yesterday was that there were over 400,000 people involved with the work to get the first man on the moon, that's a lot of help.
