Cherry Blossom Art with Miss Han

This week we really enjoyed our Mandarin lesson with Miss Han. We used black ink and blew on it to create a tree shape. Next we added blossoms.  Our pictures looked very attractive when we had completed them.

Giraffes Can't Dance

We enjoyed the story Giraffes Can't Dance by Giles Andreae. It taught us to understand that we can all do things that others don't expect us to We can have a growth mindset and give everything a go even if we don't achieve it yet. Our artwork was inspired by the book's illustrator, Guy Parker Rees.

String work at Mandarin Class

We persevered to follow Miss Han's instructions to make the models which she had demonstrated to us. We helped each other to achieve success.
